Guest Ratings & Reviews
The hotel is conveniently located near the Abu Dhabi bus stop and offers good service. However, the rooms were quite dirty and lacked essential amenities initially. The hotel staff, especially Sister Noora, were very helpful and friendly. The location is interestingly close to the Etihad Towers and within reach of the Corniche beach. The dining experience was a mix; the restaurant offered a lot of choices and was supportive, but the breakfast service was careless. Overall, the facilities were reasonably good, and the hotel provided good value for the price.
I loved the convenient location of the hotel near the marina mall and other attractions, making it easy to explore the area. The room was a bit small and had a bad smell, which was a downside, but the service was impeccable with friendly staff and a new structure. The dining experience was reasonably good with nice choices, even though it was a bit pricey. Overall, a satisfactory stay despite some room issues.
My stay at the hotel was a bit mixed. While the room I got was initially meant for one person, it was available at a rate even better than my original booking. However, it was noisy due to some motor noise, and it wasn't fully equipped for two people.
My stay at the hotel was quite mixed. The location was convenient, but the rooms were not up to my standards as they seemed old and worn out. The service was decent, and the dining options were satisfactory. The facilities were average, providing a basic experience overall.
The hotel rooms had a slightly dim atmosphere with old furniture that carried a noticeable cigar smell, somewhat reminiscent of a mental hospital room with a cigarette scent. Despite this, it suited my family's needs. The service was a mix, with some rudeness at reception but very courteous overall, particularly when compared to other places in town. The location was unexpectedly awesome, offering fantastic room views and easy check-in and check-out procedures. The dining was satisfactory, though a bit limited. Overall, the hotel has its ups and downs, with a convenient central location but lacking in friendliness and ease of access for strollers.
